All treatment at Halifax Orthodontics is carried out by a specialist orthodontist, or by a dentist or therapist working under direct supervision of a specialist. Not all providers of orthodontic treatment in the UK have been through the additional years of training entitling them to use the title, orthodontic specialist.

If you are having orthodontic treatment, maintaining the health of your teeth and gums is essential. We can provide the necessary hygienist support with one of our hygiene team to help make this easier. In addition, we are in an ideal position to offer all the treatment, help and advice you need to achieve a great result with minimal fuss, however complex the problem.

We are committed to making your time in treatment as simple as possible with flexible appointment scheduling and fixed payment options for manageable installments on an interest free basis.

Dr. Allan Taylor is on the Specialist Orthodontist List (GDC # 57134), and is a Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists, and a member of both the British Orthodontic Society and the British Dental Association.

Mr. Sharma is on the Specialist Orthodontist List (GDC # 68160) and has over 10 years experience in treating adults and children.

Working alongside him are a team of fully qualified Dentists, Orthodontic Therapists and Dental Nurses.

The everyday running of the practice is overseen by the Practice Manager, Marcela Tazikova.
